India is one of the youngest nations of the world and skill development is considered as the key to its economic growth. Government of India has introduced various plans and schemes to make India a skill capital. Recently, Government introduced the skill India Mission which aims to train 550 million people by 2020.
Inductus is working closely with the Government of India, skill development and vocational training programs that are striving towards sustained livelihood and gainful employments through skilling. We contribute in the Government of India initiative of Skill development, as a skilled workforce is essential for the boost in economic power of India.


Inductus have tied up with Odisha Rural Development & Marketing Society, ORMAS for implementing the project of “Deen Daya Grameen Kaushal Vikas Yojana”. We are providing Skill Development Training to approx 500 students in various domains, wherein we can place the candidates successfully and they will be able to earn their livelihood.


Inductus have been awarded with the sanction work order from Government of India for skilling rural youths in the state of Assam and is successfully implementing the program in Guwahati. We are skilling 1000 candidates in Guwahati in different trades like retail, BPO, Beautician, mobile repairing, etc.


Inductus has recently bagged the project from Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission to provide Placement Linked Skill Development Programs to rural youths in the state of Maharashtra under DDU-GKY.

Inductus is among the skill development and vocational training organizations, provides necessary resources and expertise in the skill development domain. It enables employment opportunities for youth in the district. We offer entire gamut of soft skill, computer skill & trade skill courses with an aim to provide placement and employment to rural youths in different sectors.
Inductus is working on DDU-GKY Project, in different states of India i.e. Maharashtra, Orissa and Assam. DDU-GKY is a placement linked skill development program for rural youth aimed to curb poverty of poor household by providing them skill related employment opportunities. DDU-GKY have been crucial initiatives to encourage the youth to acquire skills. The project is uniquely focused on rural youth between 15 and 35 years from poor families.
We provide better opportunities for students to groom themselves and learn knowledgeable things. Our skill development programme includes mobilizing youths, counseling their parents, placement for jobs.
